Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of VideoPuzzles: Jigsaw Game (the "App"), provided by Edhar Toomik, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms currently apply to the iOS version of the App. If we publish an Android version through a different legal entity, we may publish separate or updated terms before that version becomes available.
1. The App
VideoPuzzles: Jigsaw Game is a video puzzle game that allows users to solve interactive video-based puzzles.
The App may include:
- free gameplay with gameplay limits;
- optional Premium subscriptions;
- locally stored gameplay progress;
- puzzle scores, moves, stars, and points;
- offline features for Premium users;
- result-sharing functionality through your device's system sharing tools.
We may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue App features, content, or functionality where reasonably necessary.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms before you make purchases through the App.
3. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or its content;
- download, extract, redistribute, or use puzzle videos outside the App;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- bypass subscription restrictions, gameplay limits, security measures, or technical protections;
- interfere with the App, its servers, APIs, or other users;
- use bots, scripts, automated tools, or scraping tools in connection with the App;
- use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
4. Premium Subscriptions
The App may offer optional auto-renewable Premium subscriptions.
Premium may include benefits such as unlimited gameplay and offline access while your subscription remains active.
Available subscription periods may include weekly, monthly, and six-month subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period, free-trial terms, and available offers are displayed before you complete a purchase.
4.1 Payments and Renewal
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Your Apple Account will be charged when you confirm the purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge your Apple Account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through:
iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
Deleting the App, resetting local game data, or deleting a guest profile does not cancel an active subscription.
4.2 Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If a subscription includes a free trial or promotional offer, the applicable terms will be shown before you subscribe.
Unless cancelled before the trial or offer period ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price displayed before purchase.
4.3 Refunds
Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's applicable policies.
We do not directly process App Store refunds.
4.4 Restore Purchases
If you previously purchased Premium, you may restore your purchase through the Restore Purchases option in the App.
5. Game Progress and Local Data
The App may store game progress, scores, stars, moves, points, preferences, and similar data locally on your device.
If you reset local data, uninstall the App, or change devices, locally stored progress may be lost unless the App expressly provides a synchronization or backup feature.
Game scores, stars, points, rankings, and other in-App values:
- have no cash value;
- are not transferable;
- cannot be exchanged for money, goods, or services.
6. Sharing Features
The App may allow you to share puzzle results, text, previews, or App Store links through your device's system sharing interface.
When you share content through a third-party service, platform, or social network, your use of that service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
We are not responsible for third-party platforms or their handling of shared content.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its software, design, trademarks, game mechanics, puzzle content, videos, graphics, audio, text, and other materials are owned by us or licensed to us.
All rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms are reserved.
You may use App content only through the App and only for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Third-Party Services and Advertising Attribution
The App uses third-party services, including Apple, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, AppsFlyer, and Cloudflare.
We may use AppsFlyer in connection with advertising platforms and partners, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, Unity Ads, and AppLovin, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns promoting the App.
The App does not currently display third-party advertisements inside the App.
On iOS, access to the device advertising identifier for tracking or advertising measurement is subject to your App Tracking Transparency permission.
Your ATT choice does not affect access to gameplay, Premium, purchase restoration, or core App features.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that technical, usage, diagnostic, subscription-related, and attribution information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and Changes
We aim to keep the App available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent access.
We may release updates, bug fixes, feature changes, content changes, or security improvements. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App.
We may change or discontinue non-essential features, content, or functionality. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice for material changes affecting active subscriptions.
11. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device or operating system version.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful.
13. Suspension or Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, used the App unlawfully, interfered with the App's operation, or created a risk for users, the App, or third parties.
14. Apple-Specific Terms
If you download or use the App through the Apple App Store:
- these Terms are between you and us, not Apple;
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content;
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or consumer-protection claims;
- to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide notice in the App or on our website where appropriate.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect means that you accept the updated Terms.
